Axial 1/10 SCX10 III Base Camp Rock Crawler RTR is a 1/10-scale, ready-to-run four-wheel-drive crawler built on Axial’s SCX10 III platform. It’s designed for off-road trail and rock crawling, delivering capable performance and realistic scale styling right out of the box.
Designed for value and versatility, the Base Camp features AR45 portal axles for extra ground clearance and a low-CG LCXU transmission with all-metal gears and full ball bearings, plus tunable oil-filled shocks for predictable handling on rugged terrain. Official Falken Wildpeak tires mounted on Black Rhino Primm wheels provide grip on dirt and rock, while scale details like a snorkel, half cage, functional storage case, rock sliders, mirrors, door handles, and DeMello Off-road bumpers boost the look. The ready-to-run package includes an installed Axial Slickrock 35T brushed motor and Spektrum 40A waterproof brushed ESC, paired with a Spektrum SLT3 3-channel radio and a 5-channel SR515 DSMR receiver housed in a sealed receiver box. The LCXU transmission can be upgraded for dig functionality or to use optional standard axles, and it’s ready to hit the trails—just add a battery.
