An HO-scale FMC 4700 Covered Hopper in BNSF livery, road number 436709, designed to bring prototype realism to a model railroad. This injection-molded model is accurately painted and printed with factory-applied roof walks, hatches, end details, ladders and wire grab irons, and features separately-applied brake gear for authentic operation. It rides on 100-ton trucks with 36" solid nickel-silver wheels (RP25 contours) for reliable track performance and includes two outlet grate variations, see-through etched metal end platforms and roof walkways, body-mounted McHenry operating scale knuckle couplers, and a weight tuned for dependable tracking. Minimum radius is 18 inches, making it suitable for a wide range of HO layouts.

Primed for grime, this model reproduces the in-service look with faded base colors matched to the prototype and provides a ready starting point for adding grime and rust. It is designed for HO layouts and, in three-packs, each car carries a unique road number to help build a convincing BNSF consist.
