HO Scale ICC Caboose with Lights and Sound is a ready-to-run, highly detailed model of the classic end-of-train car used on American freights. It captures authentic ICC-era detailing with road-name and road-number variations, includes interior seating for crew figures, and features LED lighting and sound for a lifelike operating experience. An on-board DCC decoder from NCE powers the model and enables operation in both DCC and analog layouts, with lighting functions controllable in DCC. A caboose whistle is operable in DCC mode, and a distinctive firecracker-style antenna adds to the period look.

Externally and underframe, the model reproduces the car’s period character: see-through end platforms and steps, etched metal window screens, flush glazing, and wire-form grab irons. Underneath, full underframe detail includes air brake reservoirs, control valves, and brake cylinders, paired with machined metal wheels on RP25 contours and a weighted body for smooth running. It ships fully assembled and ready to run, with body-mounted McHenry scale knuckle-spring couplers, separate wireform grabs, and accurate painting and printing.
