HO-scale GATC 20,000-gallon Tank Car is a ready-to-run model designed to bring authentic freight equipment to an HO layout. This detailed replica features an injection-molded body with faithful prototypical paint schemes and separately applied brake wheel and ladders. It is weighted for smooth operation and decorated with realistic paint and printing to capture the look of a real tank car.

Designed for HO-scale operation, the car uses body-mounted scale knuckle couplers for reliable coupling with other cars. It rides on machined metal wheels with RP25 contours to run smoothly on most track brands and can be fitted with 70- or 100-ton roller bearing trucks with animated spinning bearing caps as seen on the prototype. Replacement parts are available, and the model is packaged in window packaging for easy viewing with an interior blister to protect and store the car when not in use.
