This charger requires one of the following:
DC power cord (EFLUC1008)
AC 1.5A power supply (EFLC4000)

LED Lights Designation:
GREEN Blinking indicates power and battery connected.
RED Blinking indicates charging.
RED and GREEN Blinking indicates balancing.
SOLID GREEN indicates full charge.
RED and GREEN Flashing Rapidly indicates an error.
