Tunnel Liner (WOOC1250)
The HO Tunnel Liner Form is a reusable mold designed to reproduce realistic tunnel walls and ceilings for HO-scale layouts. It forms half of a single or double liner section, making it easy to assemble longer tunnels by joining two halves.
Use with lightweight Hydrocal to cast the liner pieces. Fill the mold with Hydrocal using a spatula, allow it to dry, and remove the cast from the mold. Two half sections can be joined on top with a strip of wet plaster cloth to create a hinge, and completed units can be joined on one side to extend a tunnel, while the unattached side can be raised to provide track maintenance clearance. The design helps recreate authentic tunnel interiors with straightforward steps for consistent, realistic results on HO layouts.
